[ OVERVIEW ]This large-scale Cat A and B fit-out was delivered in three flexible phases, allowing teams to move in and start using parts of the space early.
The design features an open interconnecting staircase and a fully integrated AV system to support dynamic business operations, including an auditorium designed for client events and team gatherings. A mix of adaptable collaboration areas and inviting breakout spaces encourages connection and creativity.
Era worked closely with multiple client partners – covering IT, AV, Security, and Planting – to ensure a seamless, well-coordinated delivery across all aspects of the project.
