With experience that includes the rollout of Santander’s UK and Isle of Man head offices and the large-scale transformation of Sea Containers House for WPP, Angelo’s expertise speaks for itself. Since becoming a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) in 2018, he’s delivered projects across commercial, residential, education and industrial sectors — each time balancing cost efficiency with real-world impact. His open, honest communication style helps clients feel confident and informed at every stage. Outside of work, Keegan’s adventurous nature shines through — from travelling and painting to the occasional (slightly wobbly) paddleboarding session. A passionate Springboks supporter, he brings that same energy and team spirit to every project, ensuring value and integrity remain at the core of his work.

With more than 35 years in construction, Lee brings a wealth of experience and genuine passion to everything he touches. From high-end residential and hospitality to landmark sporting projects, his expertise has helped shape some of the UK’s most iconic spaces — including Chelsea FC’s West Stand, Tottenham Hotspur’s training ground, and the London 2012 Olympics Headquarters. A proud father, grandfather and devoted Newcastle United fan, Lee brings the same loyalty, heart and determination to his work as he does to his team. Watching projects come to life — and knowing they contribute to something bigger — is what continues to drive him.

Having studied Building Project Management at university and built her career steadily since 2014, Louise’s expertise shines through in her ability to anticipate challenges and drive projects to successful outcomes. Her move into consultancy saw her play a key role in the transformation of Henrietta House for CBRE — a milestone that reflected both her skill and her passion for meaningful, high-quality work. Outside the office, Louise’s love of boxing speaks to her discipline and tenacity — qualities her clients value in every project partnership.

Having delivered complex corporate headquarters and international fit-outs across the UK, Jersey and beyond, his structured, methodical style keeps even the largest projects running seamlessly. Outside of work, Shuhel’s passion for football has evolved into something much bigger — founding the Vallance Community Sports Association, a charity supporting young people of all abilities.
